I’ve been here living at Colton for a minute now. And I must say that when it comes to professionalism, great attitude and responsive Julian in the maintenance department is great. He’s a great asset to their organization

Colton Creek is a nice community. The office staff is cool. My maintenance request is always completed immediately. Julian the maintenance tech is amazing. He’s knowledgeable and pleasant and never a call back is needed. Good place to call home

A country gal came to the city and I am loving it here!! I have the perfect quiet community of residences! Close to everything. I don’t have to drive an hour to Target anymore 🥹🥹 THE LITTLE THINGS!! The staff is very communicative and friendly! Car wash onsite! The convenience of valet trash is a benefit as well! Did I mention gated? 😌Just take a tour! You won’t regret it! And if you want to be close to Atlanta but not in the mix, you will find a home here at CC!

Quanda Chin Is it true representation of what Colton Creek is. Unfortunately, as I read the reviews and some experiences that The community has had to deal with it is absolutely no representation of who she is and what she brings to the community, after doing done research and reaching outside of the property I found her and I have a whole new level of respect just from my interaction with her. She listens she cares and has a great concern for what’s going on in the community and an urgent need to make things right I was strongly suggest before having any unresolved issues or lingering complaints that could potentially leave a bad taste in your mouth. Please reach out to her and I’m sure One and two star reviews turn into five star reviews based upon her knowledge her care and understanding this is our home and she provides Exactly what the community needs to thrive Issues that we have with the pest. The complaints we have with the garbage and An overall care of the community how we feel we’ve been treated and just any unpleasant Situations that we might have faced, not only does she have the voice and the power to change it. After speaking with her. I’m 100% positive she has the will to want to change it. so moving forward, I would ask that you reach out to her give her an opportunity to implement change to fix things or address your concerns. You’ll experience exactly why I wrote this review. It just takes the right people and they definitely found it in her. Thank you for your time. Thank you for listening. Ms.Delisa is such a sweet heart. She was very helpful with my tour on the property. She made herself available to answer any questions I had. Very nice lady.
