Julian, the maintenance worker was professional and very knowledgeable about all the concerns I had with the unit. He took the time to diagnose and found a solution in the same day; the previous 2 maintenance workers didn’t bother doing that. I submitted repairs in the afternoon and it was resolved the following morning. Thank you!

I put in a service request for my dinning room chandelier the light started flickering and then stopped coming on. Upon putting in my service request the maintenance guy Julian came the same day. He was very knowledgeable and helpful he was able to determine that there was an internal issue. I told him I rarely used it so it wasn't the lights. I took the light he removed and put it in my lamp and it came on. He was able to diagnose the problem within a short time and repair it the same day. Julian is professional and he listens and knows what he is doing. Thank you Julian.
