The application fee is paid when you submit your rental application. This fee covers the cost of processing your application, including background checks, credit screening, and verification of rental history. All prospective residents 18 years or older must complete a separate application.

The application fee is never refundable.
WHAT IS AN ADMINISTRATION FEE?
The administration fee is a one-time charge that covers the cost of preparing your lease agreement, creating your resident file, and facilitating the onboarding process for your new home.

This fee is non-refundable, even if the application is denied.
