I like to say even though the reviews are not the best Our experience coming to Colton Creek was GREAT! Yes the staff answers the phones 😊 This is our second time looking at a unit for Rent Ms Rachel was amazing, very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions honestly. In my opinion Rachel’s customer service is amazing and is a great asset to the team!

Hi my name is Leetra…and Ms. Laquesta Craig gave me a tour and I love the apartment we toured it was spacious,newly renovated, quite and perfect! Overall Laquesta was very knowledgeably and made me feel at home already… can’t wait to move in…go see her if you’re looking for the perfect place!!!

I can’t thank Breanna, Devyne, and the Property Manager enough for working so diligently with my mother and I during our moving process. I initially toured with Breanna late June then my family encountered a home invasion at a different apartment so we were speedy in our relocation. Breanna and Devyne were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They do have other properties as well, after reading some reviews I would recommend looking at Eagles Brooke if you’re looking for somewhere more ducked off and quiet. It is a beautiful complex. My mother and sister reside there and absolutely love it. I am still new to Georgia but the grace and professionalism my family has experienced in this time with both of these properties is hard to run across here. They are very busy because they are handling hundreds of tenants however they show human decency and respect. They all turned a scary situation into a more positive memorable experience. My unit is very clean as well as the grounds here at Colton Creek, which is tricky to find in Atlanta.
