I’ve only been here at Colton Creek for a short time, but anytime I’ve needed something or had a request, the response has always been prompt and helpful. It’s a quiet, peaceful community where everyone keeps to themselves, and I really appreciate that it’s pet-friendly.”

Moved in about a week ago, the office staff has been great helpful in anything needed, my main dealings have been with Aubrey, JC and the leasing manager. Communication is great either through calls or email, they are attentive to maintenance request and try to get to them as soon as they can which is also nice. The complex it self has been quiet neighbors have been nice and courteous as well.
