Mrs. Heather is the bomb 💣. She will address every issue that arises and makes sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. I’ve been a resident for 7 years and I’m so happy 😀 that things are finally starting to work together for the best. I hope to see more people like this team in the future..🤞

My mother has lived here for 5 years and the over the past few months they have made the best changes I have seen. She used to call me all the time when she was having problems and I would have to get involved with the office and it was difficult with the employees. I went to the office a week ago about her new lease and met with the manager. Hands down the best experience and I feel so much more comfortable having my mother here.

I recently contacted the office about an overcharging issue, and I was pleasantly surprised by the swift and helpful response I received from the Community Manager. They not only replied quickly, but they also suggested a solution that was even better than I expected. Clearly, the business cares about its customers and works hard to solve their problems quickly and correctly. The help I got was greatly appreciated. Thanks for getting the problem fixed so quickly!

Just moved in a few weeks ago Devyne was very easy to work with and very helpful excellent customer service. We looked at a few apartments which helped me make a decision. Despite some of the comments I have had none of the issues I see listed nor any sign of bugs, or mold in my unit. Although I have had several issues nothing major all are being addressed in a timely manner. Jeff the maintenance service rep has handled each issue and done an excellent job, Jeff is very detail oriented. The staff at Colton Creek has been very friendly and helpful. I love my apartment it's very nice and spacious and the neighborhood is nice. Ms Heather has also been a big help with the parking situation. Overall feeling very positive about my experience.

I now have a parking space that's reserved Colton Creek is making progress. Overall feeling positive about my experience. One day at a time is beneficial for me.

i can only speak for myself but my stay there was smooth , everybody was helpful and professional every trip especially bre she always came through with the help and making sure whatever i complained about was fixed . never had bad experiences or saw any problems with the apartment. if i ever move back to georgia i’ll definitely come here
