He is very attentive on his work and had great ways of explaining things and helping us through everything step by step, and he kept a great positive attitude the whole way insuring we were never left in the unknown! My mother has lived here for 5 years and the over the past few months they have made the best changes I have seen. She used to call me all the time when she was having problems and I would have to get involved with the office and it was difficult with the employees. I went to the office a week ago about her new lease and met with the manager. Hands down the best experience and I feel so much more comfortable having my mother here.

I recently contacted the office about an overcharging issue, and I was pleasantly surprised by the swift and helpful response I received from the Community Manager. They not only replied quickly, but they also suggested a solution that was even better than I expected. Clearly, the business cares about its customers and works hard to solve their problems quickly and correctly. The help I got was greatly appreciated. Thanks for getting the problem fixed so quickly!

Just moved in a few weeks ago Devyne was very easy to work with and very helpful excellent customer service. We looked at a few apartments which helped me make a decision. Despite some of the comments I have had none of the issues I see listed nor any sign of bugs, or mold in my unit. Although I have had several issues nothing major all are being addressed in a timely manner. Jeff the maintenance service rep has handled each issue and done an excellent job, Jeff is very detail oriented. The staff at Colton Creek has been very friendly and helpful. I love my apartment it's very nice and spacious and the neighborhood is nice. Ms Heather has also been a big help with the parking situation. Overall feeling very positive about my experience.
